We have,
Let no. of red balls be x.
∴ No. of possible outcomes = x.
(i) Since, the bag only contains red balls.
Number of favourable outcomes for black balls = 0
P(drawing a black ball) = = 0.
Hence, the probability of drawing a black ball = 0.
(ii) Number of favourable outcomes for red balls = number of red balls = x.
P(drawing a red ball) = = 1.
Hence, the probability of drawing a red ball = 1.
