Answer

The base is a square having length and breadth both equal to x cm.

Given,

Height = 4 cm

Volume = 200 cm3.

We know that,

Volume = length × breadth × height

⇒ 200 = x × x × 4

⇒ 200 = x2 × 4

⇒ x2 = 2004\dfrac{200}{4}

⇒ x2 = 50

⇒ x = 50\sqrt{50}

⇒ x = 25×2\sqrt{25 × 2}

⇒ x = 525\sqrt{2} cm.

Hence, option 4 is the correct option.
