It is a case of inverse variation:
∴ a x 8 = 60 x b = 150 x 2 = c x 6
Taking,
a x 8 = 150 x 2
⇒ a =
⇒ a =
⇒ a = 37.5
Taking,
60 x b = 150 x 2
⇒ b =
⇒ b =
⇒ b = 5
Taking,
150 x 2 = c x 6
⇒ c =
⇒ c =
⇒ c = 50
Hence, the value of a = 37.5, b = 5 and c = 50
