Steps:
Draw BC = 6.1 cm.
At C, construct angle ECB = 90°. From EC cut DC = 6.8 cm.
Taking D as centre, draw an arc of radius 6.1 cm (= BC) and taking B as centre, draw one more arc of radius 6.8 cm (= CD). Let these two arcs intersect at point A.
Join AB and AD.

Hence, ABCD is the required rectangle.
