Draw AB = 5 cm.
With A as center and radius equal to 5 cm (= AC), draw an arc.
With B as center and radius equal to 6 cm (= BC), draw an arc which cut the previous arc at C.
Join BC and AC.
Hence, triangle ABC is an isosceles triangle.
