Explain three actuators in brief.

The following are three types of actuators used in robots:

1. Electric actuators: These actuators are used to create different types of motion in robots. Commonly used electric actuators include DC motors, stepper motors, battery-operated motors, gear motors, and servo motors.
2. Hydraulic actuators: Hydraulic actuators use pressurised fluid to produce motion. They are normally used in the manufacturing industry, especially where a high amount of pressure is required.
3. Pneumatic actuators: Pneumatic actuators move objects by using compressed air and are commonly used for grasping tiny objects.
