Given,

⇒ 2 log x - log y = 1

⇒ log x² - log y = 1

⇒ log $\dfrac{x^2}{y}$ = 1

⇒ $\dfrac{x^2}{y}$ = 10¹

⇒ x² = 10y.

Hence, required equation is x² = 10y.
