Given,
⇒ y - 2 = 0
⇒ (0)x + (1)y + (-2) = 0
Comparing above equation with ax + by + c = 0, we get :
a = 0, b = 1 and c = -2
Hence, linear equation : 0.x + 1.y - 2 = 0, a = 0, b = 1 and c = -2.
