2(x4 - 16) = 2[(x2)2 - 42].
Using identity,
a2 - b2 = (a - b)(a + b).
2[(x2)2 - 42] = 2(x2 - 4)(x2 + 4)
= 2(x - 2)(x + 2)(x2 + 4).
Hence, 2x4 - 32 = 2(x - 2)(x + 2)(x2 + 4).
