Answer

Let (3a - 2b) = t.

∴ (3a - 2b)2 + 3(3a - 2b) - 10 = t2 + 3t - 10

= t2 + 5t - 2t - 10

= t(t + 5) - 2(t + 5)

= (t + 5)(t - 2)

= (3a - 2b + 5)(3a - 2b - 2).

Hence, (3a - 2b)2 + 3(3a - 2b) - 10 = (3a - 2b + 5)(3a - 2b - 2).
