⇒ log₉ 27 = x

⇒ 27 = 9^x

⇒ 3³ = (3²)^x

⇒ 3³ = 3^2x

⇒ 2x = 3

⇒ x = $\dfrac{3}{2}$ .

Hence, required value = $\dfrac{3}{2}$ .
