Millets grow well in dry areas and require very little water compared to crops like rice and wheat. This helps in conserving water resources, especially in drought-prone regions.
Millets are hardy crops that can grow in poor soil with little to no use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This reduces soil pollution and promotes healthier farming practices.
