Answer

P and R

Reason — A Money Bill can be introduced only in the Lok Sabha, and a motion of No-Confidence, which can vote the Government out of power, can be introduced and passed only in the Lok Sabha. An ordinary Bill can be passed by either House and impeachment of the President can be initiated in either House, so these are not exclusive powers of the Lok Sabha.
