We know that,
Ratio of the angles subtended by the arcs on the center is equal to the ratio of the arcs.
From figure,
⇒ ∠AOB + ∠BOC = 180°
⇒ + ∠BOC = 180°
⇒ = 180°
⇒ = 180°
⇒ ∠BOC = = 120°.
Hence, ∠BOC = 120°.
