  1. Draw a line segment AC = 7 cm.

  2. With A as center and radius equal to 5.4 cm, we draw an arc extending on both sides of AC.

  3. With C as center and radius equal to 5.4 cm, we draw an arc extending on both sides of AC to the cut first arc at B and D.

  4. Join AB, BC, CD and DA.
