AM is perpendicular to the x-axis.
AN is perpendicular to the y-axis.

The graph intersects the x-axis at M(5, 0).
The graph intersects the y-axis at N(0, -7).
Hence, the coordinates of the points are M = (5, 0) and N = (0, -7).
