Let points be A(7, 10), B(-2, 5) and C(3, -4). By distance formula, d = ⇒ AB² + BC² = = 106 + 106 = 212 = AC². Since, AB = BC and AB² + BC² = AC². ∴ ABC is an isosceles right angle triangle, right angled at B. Hence, proved that (7, 10), (-2, 5) and (3, -4) are the vertices of an isosceles triangle.
