So, new length, breadth and height are 2l, 12b\dfrac{1}{2}\text{b} and 3h.

As we know that volume of cuboid = length x breadth x height

= l x b x h

= lbh

Volume of new cuboid = 2l×12b×3h2\text{l} \times \dfrac{1}{2}\text{b} \times 3\text{h}

= 2l×12b×3h\cancel{2}\text{l} \times \dfrac{1}{\cancel{2}}\text{b} \times 3\text{h}

= 3lbh3 \text{lbh}

Hence, option 3 is the correct option.
