Answer
(i) F + V - E = 2
⇒ x + 15 - 20 = 2
⇒ x - 5 = 2
⇒ x = 2 + 5
⇒ x = 7
Hence, x = 7.
(ii) F + V - E = 2
⇒ 6 + y - 8 = 2
⇒ y - 2 = 2
⇒ y = 2 + 2
⇒ y = 4
Hence, y = 4.
(iii) F + V - E = 2
So,
⇒ 14 + 26 - z = 2
⇒ 40 - z = 2
⇒ z = 40 - 2
⇒ z = 38
Hence, z = 38.
