Solve the inequation given below and represent its solution set on a number line:
$\dfrac{3x - 5}{6} \gt \dfrac {1}{2}$ , x ∈ {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}

Given,

⇒ $\dfrac{3x - 5}{6} \gt \dfrac{1}{2}$

⇒ 3x - 5 > $\dfrac{6}{2}$

⇒ 3x - 5 > 3

⇒ 3x > 3 + 5

⇒ 3x > 8

⇒ x > $\dfrac {8}{3}$

⇒ x > 2.67

Since, x ∈ {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}

Hence, solution set = {3, 4, 5, 6}.
