x2 - y2 - 3x - 3y

Using the formula

[∵ (x2 - y2) = (x + y)(x - y)]

= (x2 - y2) - (3x + 3y)

= (x - y)(x + y) - 3(x + y)

= (x + y)((x - y) - 3)

= (x + y)(x - y - 3)

Hence,x2 - y2 - 3x - 3y = (x + y)(x - y - 3)
