= 12 - (5a + 5b)2
Using the formula
[∵ (x2 - y2) = (x + y)(x - y)]
= ((1) + (5a + 5b))((1) - (5a + 5b))
= (1 + 5a + 5b)(1 - 5a - 5b)
Hence,1 - 25 (a + b)2 = (1 + 5a + 5b)(1 - 5a - 5b)
