Given,
⇒ 9 ≤ 1 – 2x
⇒ 1 - 2x ≥ 9
⇒ -2x ≥ 9 - 1
⇒ -2x ≥ 8
Dividing by -2 on both sides we get,
⇒ x ≤ -4 (As on dividing by negative no. the sign reverses.)
Since, x ∈ {-3, -4, -5, -6}.
Hence, solution set = {-4, -5, -6}.
