Answer
Steps of construction :
Draw a line segment AD = 3.6 cm.
Through A, draw AP such that ∠A = 120°.
With D and A as centers and radii 4.2 cm and 5.8 cm respectively, draw arcs cutting each other at C. Join AC and CD.
With C as center and radius 7.5 cm draw an arc cutting AP at B.
Join AB and BC.

Hence, ABCD is the required quadrilateral.
