Can you construct a △ABC in which AB = 5 cm, BC = 4 cm and AC = 9 cm? Give reason.

Let ABC be the triangle.
AB = 5 cm, BC = 4 cm, AC = 9 cm.
We know that,
In a triangle, sum of any two sides is greater than the third side.
AB + BC = 5 + 4 = 9 cm is equal to third side AC = 9 cm.
Hence, we cannot construct a triangle using given sides.
