Answer

Given,

The number of peoples in each municipality is:

A = 2000

B = 1400

C = 1600

D = 800

E = 1200

F = 1800

G = 400

(i) Number of people in municipality F = 1800.

Hence, number of people in municipality F = 1800 .

(ii) Total number of people in A to C are:

2000 + 1400 + 1600 = 5000.

Hence, total number of people in municipalities A to C = 5000.

(iii) Total population of all municipalities

= 2000 + 1400 + 1600 + 800 + 1200 + 1800 + 400

= 9200.

Hence, total population of all municipalities = 9200 people.

(iv) Number of people in municipalities from B to E are:

= 1400 + 1600 + 800 + 1200

= 5000

Mean = Number of peopleNumber of municipalities=50004\dfrac{\text{Number of people}}{\text{Number of municipalities}} = \dfrac{5000}{4} = 1250.

Hence, average of people in municipalities from B to E = 1250.
