Let x = 1, then 113y+22=0y=2\dfrac{1-1}{3} - \dfrac{y+2}{2} = 0 ⇒ y = -2

Let x = 4, then 413y+22=0y=0\dfrac{4-1}{3} - \dfrac{y+2}{2} = 0 ⇒ y = 0

Step 2:

Make a table (as given below) for the different pairs of the values of x and y:
