1 m = 100 cm

$\Rightarrow 1\dfrac{3}{4} = \dfrac{7}{4}$ hrs

= $\dfrac{7}{4} \times 60$ = 105 mins.

Required ratio = $\dfrac{35}{105} = \dfrac{1}{3}$.

Hence, ratio = 1 : 3.
