Then ⇒ m × Slope of AB = -1 ⇒ m × -1 = -1 ⇒ m = 1. Perpendicular bisector of AB will pass through mid-point of AB i.e. D. By point-slope form, ⇒ y - y₁ = m(x - x₁) ⇒ y - 0 = 1(x - 3) ⇒ y = x - 3. Hence, equation of the perpendicular bisector of the line segment obtained on joining the points (6, -3) and (0, 3) is y = x - 3.
