A = ₹ 1,536

As we know,

∵ A = P + S.I.

⇒ ₹ 1,536 = ₹ 1,200 + S.I.

⇒ S.I. = ₹ 1,536 - ₹ 1,200

⇒ S.I. = ₹ 336
