Number of observations (n) = 9, which is odd.
By formula,
Median = th observation
⇒ 24 = th observation
⇒ 24 = th observation
⇒ 24 = 5th observation
⇒ 24 = x + 4
⇒ x = 24 - 4
⇒ x = 20.
Hence, option 2 is the correct option.
