(b) The five principles of peaceful coexistence or Panchsheel adopted in this Conference are:
- Mutual respect for each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty
- Non-aggression
- Non-interference in each other's internal affairs
- Equality and mutual benefit
- Peaceful co-existence
(c) These principles are generally known as "Panchsheel".
