⇒ 18x2 - 42x + 21x - 49 = 0

⇒ (3x - 7)(6x + 7) = 0

⇒ (3x - 7) = 0 or (6x + 7) = 0      [Using Zero-product rule]

⇒ 3x = 7 or 6x = -7
