Let the width of the rectangular plot be w.

Length of the rectangular plot = 3w

Perimeter = 560 m

As we know, perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l + w)

⇒ 2 (3w + w) = 560 m

⇒ 2 x 4w = 560 m

⇒ 8w = 560 m

⇒ w = 5608\dfrac{560}{8} m

⇒ w = 70 m

Length of rectangle = 3w

= 3 x 70 m

= 210 m

Hence, option 2 is the correct option.
