  1. Draw a line AB = 6.5cm.

  2. At any point P in line AB, draw PQ perpendicular to AB.

  3. With P as centre and radius equal to 2.8 cm, draw an arc which cuts PQ at point R.

  4. At point R, draw RD perpendicular to PQ.

  5. Produce DR upto any point C.
