We know that,

Slope of parallel lines are equal.

We know that,

Product of slope of perpendicular lines is equal to -1.

⇒ Slope of line l2 × Slope of line l3 = -1

⇒ 1 × Slope of line l3 = -1

⇒ Slope of line l3 = -1.
