We know that,

The area of triangles lying on same base and between same parallel lines are equal.

From figure,

△ ADC and △ BCD lie on same base CD and between same parallel lines AB and CD.

∴ Area of △ ADC = Area of △ BCD

⇒ Area of △ ADC - Area of △ COD = Area of △ BCD - Area of △ BOC

⇒ Area of △ AOD = Area of △ BOC.

Hence, Option 4 is the correct option.
