CO reacts with excess of Oxygen to give CO2 gas that turns lime water milky.
2CO + O2 ⟶ 2CO2
CO2 + Ca(OH)2 ⟶ CaCO3 + H2O
Hydrogen reacts with Oxygen to form water. It doesn't turn lime water milky.
2H2 + O2 ⟶ 2H2O
