MRP = ₹ 10,000

Discount % = 10%

Discount = 10100×10,000\dfrac{10}{100} \times 10,000 = ₹ 1,000

Discounted price = MRP - Discount = ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 1,000 = ₹ 9,000.

Since, the transaction is an interstate transaction.

IGST % = GST % = 28%

IGST = 28100×9,000\dfrac{28}{100} \times 9,000 = ₹ 2,520

Hence, option 1 is the correct option.
