To create a new workbook, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click 'File' tab from the menu bar.
Step 2: Select 'New' from the drop-down list.
Step 3: Select 'Blank Workbook' followed by 'Create' that is located on the right side of the window.
The new workbook will be created and opened.
